Role Overview
As a Sales Director, you will responsibly drive the overall sales strategy, oversee senior-level client relationships, and manage a growing team of consultants and managers. 
You will have a major role in shaping Nestwood Realty’s market presence and positioning within Dubai’s ultra-competitive luxury property sector.
You must be a visionary leader with a solid background in high-end real estate, capable of aligning business growth with client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
 - Oversee the entire sales department, including team structuring, recruitment, training, and performance management.
 - Ensure accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics reporting to the executive team.
 - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-value client channels.
 - Build and nurture strong relationships with UHNWIs, institutional investors, and developers.
 - Represent Nestwood Realty at industry events, luxury expos, and international property roadshows.
 - Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation, campaign strategy, and luxury positioning.
 - Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai’s property laws, RERA regulations, and market dynamics.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of senior sales experience in Dubai’s real estate or luxury asset sector.
 - Proven leadership in managing high-performance sales teams and multimillion-dollar portfolios.
 - Deep knowledge of Dubai’s luxury and off-plan property market.
 - Strong client network of UHNWIs, family offices, and investors (local and international).
 - Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
 - Mastery of negotiation, closing, and client relationship management.
 - Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital sales platforms.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
 - Valid UAE driver’s license and RERA certification.
