Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Nestwood Realty, you will lead our elite team, driving sales performance and building long-term client relationships.


You will play a key role in scaling our portfolio, closing high-value deals, and enhance our reputation as a trusted name in luxury real-estate.


This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on sales leadership, and a strong network in the Dubai real estate market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
  • Manage and mentor a team of property consultants, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with HNWIs, investors, and international buyers.
  • Stay current with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities across key Dubai areas.
  • Support the team in client negotiations, viewings, and high-stakes closings.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align on campaigns, property launches, and lead generation.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional client service throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant in Dubai's real estate market.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury property sales, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Existing client network of HNWI buyers and investors (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Preferred Attributes

  • Multilingual (especially Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus).
  • Confident public speaker with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lead under pressure and deliver results in a high-value, competitive market.
  • Passion for luxury living, architecture, and design trends.
