Palm Jebel Ali is Nakheel’s bold, city-scale sequel to the original palms, a palm-shaped archipelago built for beach days, yachting mornings and a life sized to match ambition.



The masterplan stretches roughly 13.4 sq km, about twice the area of Palm Jumeirah, and adds an estimated ~110 km of new coastline to Dubai.



Nakheel’s vision layers private beaches, yacht clubs, wellness resorts, curated retail promenades and a 360° observation landmark into a single masterplan that can home tens of thousands of residents and hundreds of hospitality and leisure venues, a project designed for genuine beachfront living and long-term value.
